Connectivism Plan
(click to image enlarge)
My network has changed the way that I learn, by making information more available. I can email a co worker about a concern, share information or learn about new training classes that are available. My network allows me to teach online classes as well as web enhanced classes. I can also take online classes and still remain available to my family.
The digital tools that facilitate learning are the use of the world wide web to research topics of discussion. I also use email, blogs, a cell phone that has internet connections and skype.
I am able to learn new knowledge by logging on such sites as goggle scholar, yahoo, Walden library online and other search engines.

I clicked on it and it would not enlarged but I was able to scroll and look at it. I like the way that you did your mindmap. Over the years all of our network has changed and know that with the rapid increase of technology who knows what may be availabe next. We are able to connect quicker and better so that allows us to receive information quicker and better with understanding.
ReplyDeleteAlica I also like the way you did your mindmap. Just like Vickie I could not enlarge your mindmp, but was able to navigate it. What I am finding is that it not that we get information faster and have many digital and technological devices at hand, but cipering out and processing the information to make it make sense is the job. Information to me is only valuable if one can learn from it, share it, and utilize it in an effective manner. The thoughless way some of my students utilizes information brothers me. However, I like the fact that I have networks I can use to collaborate with my co-workers and fellow students. I am looking forward to the changes that are ineventable with the innovation of our present technology.
